Our screening process includes:
In-depth personal interview. We always meet our candidates face-to-face so
we can find out the full details of their work experience, skills, and preferences.
This helps us to identify people that have the training, work experience, and skills
to match your requirements. We also verify candidates' eligibility to work in the
United States.
General and objective skill tests. We test all of our candidates for knowledge
of basic math, written English communication, and safety procedures. If the candidate
meets these basic qualifications, we then test them for specialized skills required
for specific positions.
Thorough reference checks. We contact each candidate's previous employers
to verify and obtain detailed feedback on past work performance, reliability, and
eligibility for rehire.
We also offer criminal background checks and pre-employment drug screening at your
request. (Criminal background checks are included for all direct-hire placements.)
