Here's what will happen once you call or submit an online quick application to Eastridge
Light Industrial.

If you haven't already done so, you'll be asked to fill out an application at one
of our Eastridge offices. The application
asks you to supply information about your recent work experience, job skills, and
eligibility to work in the United States. |

2. |
If you meet our basic requirements, your staffing coordinator will call you and
ask you to fill out a full application, which may be completed online or at one
of our offices. You'll also be asked to take general skill tests on safety, basic
math, and written English communication. |

3. |
After reviewing your application, your staffing consultant will arrange a meeting
with you at an Eastridge Light Industrial office. This meeting will include: |
- One-on-one briefing. A fifteen to thirty-minute interview about your work
history, skills, type of positions, preferred schedule, and pay rate.
- Specific skill tests. Specialized tests based the position(s) you are interested
in.
- Reference check. Calls to verify your work history, stated skills, etc.

We will enter your information into a database and call you with available assignments.
We also request that you check in with us on a regular basis so that we will know
you are still available for work. |
